How do I ask for help for someone?
If you are, or if you know of, someone with a physical disability, send us an application via e-mail, or write to our postal address, regardless of your nationality, race, religion, age, sex or political creed.
We will work arduously to try to obtain, through private or government donation, whatever is needed by or for the applicant.
Requirements on applications:
- Personal details (name, address, birth date, place of origin, and a brief description: type of disability and medical diagnosis).
- A passport-type photograph (preferably in color and preferably digital).
- A full length photograph, (preferably in color and preferably digital).
- A signed personal letter (where necessary a thumbprint may be used instead of a signature) addressed to SOS and explaining the needs and the expectations.
- A letter from a doctor or from a medical institution confirming the physical disability.
We will verify the application through volunteer agents who live in the area, and we will reply to your application.
